Since we deliver our High Premium Alkaline Water in glass bottles, it is important to report Any damages immediately upon delivery or with in 24hrs. of delivery. When we deliver directly to your doorstep, we inspect each bottle to assure no leakage or damage to each bottle. Keep in mind, regarding our water delivery service the bottles must be returned by the next delivery date. If we do not retrieve the bottles, you will be charged a replacement fee of $35.00 per glass bottle 1 gallon and larger. This is a part of your agreement to return the glass bottles. If for any reason, you are unable to place the bottles in a mutually retrievable area of your home, you must contact Exotic Water Fountain asap so you are not charged per bottle. Our Membership Program relates to Our Water Delivery Services. It is required to have a Membership Service for Home Delivery, as we bill monthly and you must keep a card on file at all times for future deliveries. We deliver in certain areas at certain times, we communicate prior to delivery for the number of items you require on your delivery date.
Our Membership Services also pertain to Our Water Dispensers. These are rented on a monthly basis and require payment monthly even if water is not delivered.
Product Memberships, If you want to order the same item(s) on a monthly basis, we will send the item to the address on file monthly and billing is on the same day each month following your initial order. These dates vary according to your purchase date.
