We can usually ship your item out within 1-3 days following purchase.  Since we source our ingredients/herbs from around the world, we may require additional time to retrieve certain herbs and complete your order.  However, if at any time you may have any questions regarding your order, please feel free to contact us via email, text, call.  We are more than happy to respond with an update on your purchase(s).

Returns & Exchanges

At Exotic Water Fountain, LLC, we understand that accidents do happen and we are here to assist you in these circumstances.  If you receive a purchased product in a damaged condition we will replace the item with the required proof of damage such as Photos, videos, or any other requested documentation.  This damage must be established upon delivery.  Contact Us: http://exoticwaterfountain.com/wp-contact

Since we deliver our High Premium Alkaline Water in glass bottles, it is important to report Any damages immediately upon delivery or with in 24hrs. of delivery.  When we deliver directly to your doorstep, we inspect each bottle to assure no leakage or damage to each bottle.  Keep in mind, regarding our water delivery service the bottles must be returned by the next delivery date.  If we do not retrieve the bottles, you will be charged a replacement fee of $35.00 per glass bottle 1 gallon and larger.  This is a part of your agreement to return the glass bottles.  If for any reason, you are unable to place the bottles in a mutually retrievable area of your home, you must contact Exotic Water Fountain asap so you are not charged per bottle.  Contact Us:  http://exoticwaterfountain.com/wp-contact

How do I return an item?

If there is an instance that you must return an item, we will send you a return label via email

Items must be returned within 7 days of reporting any issue.  Replacement items will not be sent until the original item has been returned.

Yes, If one item is not working for you, or you have an allergic reaction to any of our products, we are more than happy to exchange your item for another item of equal or lesser value.  If the product you select to exchange has a higher cost, you will be required to pay the difference in price.

Shipping days and times vary, However, most items can be shipped within 1-3 business days.  With the exception to Special Herbal Blends which may require specific herbs or ingredients. Those Specially Blended products can take up to 5 days to ship

We accept all forms of payment, cash in person, credit cards, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, GooglePay, Tap To Pay, Invoice

Our Membership Program relates to Our Water Delivery Services.  It is required to have a Membership Service for Home Delivery, as we bill monthly and you must keep a card on file at all times for future deliveries.  We deliver in certain areas at certain times, we communicate prior to delivery for the number of items you require on your delivery date.  

Our Membership Services also pertain to Our Water Dispensers.  These are rented on a monthly basis and require payment monthly even if water is not delivered.  

Product Memberships, If you want to order the same item(s) on a monthly basis, we will send the item to the address on file monthly and billing is on the same day each month following your initial order.  These dates vary according to your purchase date.
