Take 1 shot glass full of this decoction and drink 8-16oz of clean drinking water
immediately following the decoction. Drink water throughout the day. If 6hrs has
passed and no results, drink an additional 1 shot glass of the decoction and 1 8oz cup
of water. Make sure to have access to the restroom for the next 6-8 hours. This blend should
not cause painful abdominal cramping.
