3-DAY DETOX – BELLY FAT


BREAKFAST
LUNCHDINNER BEFORE 8PM  
½ C. COCONUT WATER1 BANANA1 C. BLUEBERRY
½ GREEN APPLE2 TBSP. CACAO POWDER¼ AVOCADO (FRESH)
½ C. PINEAPPLE1 TSP. ALMOND BUTTER1 TSP. FLAX SEED
1 C. KALE1 C. SPINACH1 C. SPINACH
½ CUCUMBER½ TSP. VANILLA EXTRACT1 TSP. LEMON JUICE
2 CELERY STALKS1 C. ALMOND MILK½ C. CLEAN WATER

BLEND THESE INGREDIENTS IN A BLENDER ADD ICE AND BLEND… DRINK THIS COMBINATION FOR THE NEXT 3 CONSECUTIVE DAYS .  TRY THIS METHOD AS OFTEN AS NEEDED TO SEE RESULTS

TSP. = SMALL SPOON

TBSP. = LARGE SPOON

CLEAN WATER = ALKALINE WATER, SPRING WATER

*** WATER CAN BE REPLACED WITH COCONUT WATER IN ANY RECIPE…

ChamomileThis gentle herb calms and soothes the nervous system and digestion. Drink a cup if you are experiencing morning sickness tension helps relaxation before sleep

Witch HazelA cooling astringent Herb that benefits tired and over stressed veins.  By simply soaking a cotton ball in Witch Hazel you can apply to aching legs and varicose veins for immediate relief.

Lavender– A Calming anti-inflammatory essential oil that promotes healing after childbirth.  Add 4-5 drops of Lavender Oil to bath water. It relieves Mastitis, add 3-4 drops to warm water apply clean face cloth as a compress.

Linseed – This herb is a gentle laxative and bowel lubricant  very rich in Omega fatty acids.  Add 1 tsp. to any breakfast cereal or oatmeal and follow up with water to prevent constipation.

Calendula – This herb is highly nourishing and healing for the Skin.  Add this Tincture to St. John’s Worth and dilute to use as a lotion also use it to Bathe Perineal tearing or post-partum stitches.

St. John’s Worth – This herb has effective antiseptic & pain-relieving properties you can also use these to repair cracked nipples and rinse with water prior to breastfeeding.

Raspberry Leaf – A uterine tonic that helps prepare the body for childbirth.  Drink daily in the Last trimester of pregnancy and for an additional  2-3 weeks after childbirth to help contract the muscles & promote Breastmilk

Dill – The seeds make an excellent infusion to drink during breastfeeding –

it promotes breast milk and relieves Colic and gas in the newborn, and it can be combined with fennel seeds. .

Jasmine – This essential oil is traditionally used during Labor for its relaxing properties

and to help instill feelings of calmness and confidence Dilute in a base oil (almond, grapeseed,

essential oils) massage into your lower back at the onset of contractions

The importance of staying hydrated is under-rated! It is essential to our very existence to feed our body that which we are made of…Water!  It replenishes every cell, neutron, neuron, carries our blood re-juvinates our bodies, and provides the nutrients we need to survive.  Now what better way to Hydrate than with delicious Fruits!?

 

 

 

Beets on the Streets

Benefits of Fresh Beets:

  • Boost Stamina 
  • Increases Blood Flow
  • Decrease Blood Pressure
  • Detoxifies Liver
  • Reduces Cancer Cells
  • Prevents/Improves Anemia
  • Enhances Skin Health

Just 6-8 oz a day will do your body good

3 Raw Beets cleaned & peeled (leaves can be cooked & eaten)

1/2 Juice of Lemon or 1/2/cup of Lemon Juice

1 Inch size piece of fresh ginger

3 Cups Alkaline Water

Blend All ingredients in a blender and strain the pulp with a coffee filter or strainer into a glass jar with a lid…(you can reuse the pulp as ice cubes in any fruit or veggie smoothie or drink) after you freeze them or discard).  DO  NOT SWEETEN!!! The beets are naturally sweet….

Shake well, Drink 6-8 oz of this blend every morning, you will be amazed at the immediate surge of energy.  Store in the refrigerator for no longer than 7 days as this does Not have any preservatives or additives and will spoil after 7 days even when refrigerated.  Njoy!

***Keep in mind and do not be alarmed if your stool was not this color before there is no need to be concerned.

The Break-Fast Breakdown

The 24 hours of each day should be divided into 3, giving us 8 hrs of rest, (fasting period) 8 hrs of Light, High Moisture, High Fiber Meals. Break-Fast our morning meal is Still the Most important meal of the day, contrary to information we have previously been provided as we intake our 1st Meal of the day it should include mostly light meals such as.. fruits vegetables and liquids. This meal will assist in the process of Waste Management As opposed to potatoes, cereals, granola, meats and breads. Those items should be consumed after 12 pm up until 8 pm and then prepare the body again for the overnight Fast! If you give it a little thought, It really makes perfect sense. Let’s get started!
