½ GREEN APPLE2 TBSP. CACAO POWDER¼ AVOCADO (FRESH)
½ C. PINEAPPLE1 TSP. ALMOND BUTTER1 TSP. FLAX SEED
1 C. KALE1 C. SPINACH1 C. SPINACH
½ CUCUMBER½ TSP. VANILLA EXTRACT1 TSP. LEMON JUICE
2 CELERY STALKS1 C. ALMOND MILK½ C. CLEAN WATER

BLEND THESE INGREDIENTS IN A BLENDER ADD ICE AND BLEND… DRINK THIS COMBINATION FOR THE NEXT 3 CONSECUTIVE DAYS .  TRY THIS METHOD AS OFTEN AS NEEDED TO SEE RESULTS
